Users must not use our services to send fraudulent emails, harmful content, or engage in any activity that may damage our reputation or infrastructure.

You acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply to SMS communications as determined by your mobile carrier. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message or by contacting our support team. Email communications may be unsubscribed from using the unsubscribe link provided in each email or by contacting our support team.
This consent remains in effect until you withdraw it through the methods described above or terminate your account with Mailwell.ai.
5. Subscription and Billing
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. Users agree to pay the fees associated with their chosen subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Mailwell.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
